he Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has developed skill test standards for airmen licences and ratings and these are published as Advisory Circulars (ACs). This AC establishes the standards for the Flight Engineer licence skill tests. Nigerian inspectors and designated flight engineer examiners shall conduct skill tests in compliance with these standards. Flight engineer instructors and applicants should find these standards helpful in skill test preparation.
